Program description: Ashworth College's Vocational High School Diploma with Skilled Trade Electives program provides students with the opportunity to earn a high school diploma while receiving instruction in a skilled trade. The program allows students to transfer any credits they may have already earned or complete a full 9th through 12th grade curriculum. The high school curriculum includes courses in math, social studies, science, and English. The skilled trade electives give students the chance to design their own program and receive vocational training in topics as varied as gunsmithing, home inspection, carpentry, auto mechanics, motorcycle repair, plumbing, and landscaping design. Other skilled trade options are also available. Ashworth College will provide students with all of the materials needed to complete the program, including textbooks, handouts, exams, tutoring, and personalized instruction.
