The Property and Casualty Insurance program at CDI College will train you to meet the challenges of a career in the insurance industry with confidence.
The Property and Casualty Insurance program will provide you with an in-depth understanding of insurance for individuals, automobiles and property. You will learn about the legal aspects of damage insurance and processing claims as well. In addition, you will develop exceptional customer service skills and receive hands-on training on the software and computer technology used in the insurance industry. The program prepares you to write the 3 exams of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in damage insurance for individuals: Automobile, Household and Legislation.

The minimum requirements for admission to CDI College is a high school diploma, unless otherwise specified in the program outline. For full admissions requirements you must speak with a CDI Admissions counselor. |
| Credit Transfer Restrictions |
To have credits from another institution considered, students must show that the previous course completed is equivalent to the course they are looking to receive exemption from. Students must pay a credit transfer assessment fee for each course that prior learning credit is requested. Prior Learning/Advanced Standing credits can be granted for up to a maximum of 50% of the program. Any courses awarded such credits will have "CR" reflected on the transcript of marks. Credits awarded through advanced standing are not transferable to other learning institutions. |
