Bangor Theological Seminary is an ecumenical seminary in the Congregational tradition of the United Church of Christ. It is committed to: * Equip men and women for the work of Christian ministries, * Serve as an intellectual center for the continuing sustenance and transformation of the church and the world, * Provide for the study of religion, and * Embody a public ministry within the local communities of northern New England.
