Women are now leaders of world powerful nations. Would it not be benificial that a woman is still under the control of the male species, to have that woman as a equal partner, instead of having her be resentful that she is still in slave like position, to a man. Only because the male has dominate muscular ability? Muscle power has dominated the world. It is time to reconsider how a woman could relate to a congregation, if given the opportunity, to eventually serve the lord in every position of the church as an equal partner with men. I am sure the bible addresses women's dedication and ability. Brut strength has always been the deciding factor. Mary Weiser

How about making a Biblical argument instead of a worldly plea? Bible doesn't support women teaching men, that is very different than than saying women aren't equal. Women are as important to Christ as men are! He created us differently with different strengths. The world wants to say that men and women are the same this is a lie. Men have the physical strength to subjugate women but the responsibility from God to provide and protect. Christ made clear that the scriptures are constent that we have different roles, but Satan, our own flesh, and the world change the truth just a little. From the beginning Satan tempted Eve to usurp the authority of God. Be careful to know what is good and what is honorable. We have increadible examples of women leaders in scripture! That would be a great place to study what they did well, what they didn't do well and why God put them in a leadership position. Thanks for you thought provoking comment!!
