Okay so the staff needs to have a little bit more cheer in there faces if they are supposed to be forming the minds of young and new learners. I cannot tell you enough how nasty some of the book store employees can be. Especially the finacial aid employees. Yes, we all understand your job is difficult and you have to deal with every problem possible known to god but that does not mean that we have to walk away feeling like we weren't even helped or the fact that you did not do your best to help us. I am speaking for everyone that has had a bad review about the Finacial Aid office at Deleware County.
On to the downstairs College Planning and Advising, when one is going to make an appointment to schedule classes I do not plan on having a finger pointed in my face telling me to wait. Not even a " One moment please." It's just the index finger and the word "Wait." If I were a first year student I would walk out of there not knowing what the hell I was doing. And again yes we know that there are programs that can help so we can get to know the campus and know how to go through the college process. In other words the staff needs to be a little bit more helpful and have a giant smile filled with gratitude on their faces.
