THE PRIMARY GOAL OF EMPIRE BEAUTY SCHOOLS IS TO DEVELOPE IN OU STUDENTS THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE DEGREE OF TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE.
