The mission of Kirksville Area Technical Center is to prepare ALL students for successful entry into a career or continuation of their education in a career area. In keeping with this mission, the following goals have been established: 1. To enable students to demonstrate personal and job-specific competencies needed for success in a career. a. Increase program completion rate by 1% annually until the completion rate is at least 96%. b.
