THE PURPOSE OF ROSEDALE TECHNICAL INSTITUTE CAN BEST BE DESCRIBED AS PREPARATION OF INDIVIDUALS FOR EMPLOOYMENT IN POSITIONS RELATED TO THE TRANSPORTATION AND ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES.
