I am very unsatisfied with the way you up date your system, i finished in 2009 and already paid off my loan, and yet I got a letter saying that i still had a loan, I called to the campus and they were still telling me that i had a loan as well. She had to call to Sallie mae and find out that i wasn't lying....it is VERY unprofessional to find out that the school doesn't do there work....my advise to you is.....before you send off letters or phone calls saying that we still owe money, double check and do your work, to make sure this doesn't happen again.
