The problem when I tried to go to this school's online Animal Care Administration program was that first, I was told that it was not a degree program, then the Financial Aid department rep told me that it would be a month after I started the program before I would get any aid!?! If I could afford to pay for this upfront, why would I even apply for financial aid?
