Wagner College achieves this mission through the implementation and enhancement of The Wagner Plan for the Practical Liberal Arts. The Plan is predicated on a method of integrated learning. Specifically, the Plan relies on the integration of liberal arts and professional education with experiential learning. The breadth and width of the liberal arts provide a wider and more cosmopolitan understanding of diversity of cultures, historical epochs, differing values and systems of human organization as well as ethical and moral dilemmas.
