In 2004, Westminster College completed a comprehensive 10-year Strategic Plan that will guide the college's direction for the next decade. The process of developing the plan was nearly as fulfilling as the completion of the plan itself. The process was highly collaborative, incorporating the voices, interests, and views of faculty, staff, students, alumni, Trustees, and even outside community leaders and higher education experts. With the input, debate, and discussion from all these groups, we now have a clear Vision and Mission, as well as Core Values that will help us maintain our focus.
